A. Regularly engaged in the practice of law as a profession or otherwise employed on a full time basis in the City of Winchester or Frederick County,
B. an active member of the Virginia State Bar,
C. Admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia,
D. current in the payment of dues to the Association.
An Associate member shall be one who is either an individual entitled to practice law before the highest court of any State or the District of Columbia who either lives or is employed in Winchester or Frederick County or any other active member of the Virginia State Bar regardless of place of employment or residence who, in either case, pays the dues of the Association.
